Our Outpatient Mental Health Services are designed to be Preventative as well as Therapeutic.
In 2001, Johnson and Lola Owoyemi shared a vision: a single place where clients could receive comprehensive mental health care. Acting on that vision, National Pike Health Center was founded as a clinic dedicated to offering behavioral health counseling to the children, adolescents, adults, and families served. Decades later with 3+ locations, we are more committed than ever to providing these clients with quality, service, and a sense of community.
A multidisciplinary team of outstanding mental health therapists, psychiatrists, rehabilitation coordinators, and administrative staff join us on this mission. From inception to through treatment, there is an ongoing planning and review of each case until the client is discharged. Our preventative and therapeutic outpatient mental health services provide treatment and psychiatric rehabilitation based on continually monitored and individualized treatment and/or rehabilitation goals. We are committed to our clients, and if we find that a child or adolescent is no longer responding to this level of care and needs more intensive mental health therapy, we will refer them to another facility that can best serve their needs.
At National Pike Health Center, we understand the role of mental health in creating the best life for our clients and their families. Our services aim to give hope to people, and remind them that there can always be a better tomorrow.
